Erythritol or sweetener equal to 1 tsp of sugar

Instructions
Before starting the recipe, put the bowl, the whisk and the cream in the freezer for 15 to 20 minutes.
In a bowl, mix together the mascarpone, the cocoa, the sweetener and the salt. Mix them well.
Take out the bowl, the whisk and the cream from the freezer. Whip the heavy cream on medium-high speed for 4-5 min tops
Then gently mix the whipped cream with the mascarpone mixture.
Pour everything in a glass or bowl and keep it in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
