Instructions
For the Steak
Mix the ground meat with the spices, grated garlic and onion, salt and pepper.
Form a fairly thin steak.
In a frying pan over medium heat, put a teaspoon of vegetable oil and cook the steak by pressing it once or twice to keep it thin.
Cook for a few minutes on each side and set aside.
For the Caramelized Onions
Cut the onion into thin slices.
In a frying pan over low heat, pour a tablespoon of vegetable oil and the onion slices.
Pour a little water and the spoon of honey.
Cover and cook for 30 to 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
You can add water if necessary during cooking.
When the onions are brown and soft you can stop cooking and set aside.
For the Mayonnaise
In a bowl, pour an egg yolk and mustard. Mix well.
Then add the vinegar, salt and pepper and whisk well until the salt is completely dissolved.
Add a drizzle of oil and whisk well.
Pour the oil in very small quantities until the desired amount of mayonnaise is obtained (20 cl is just a general indication).
Whisk well all the way through so that the mayonnaise sets well and is firm.
For the Coleslaw
Wash the carrot and cabbage.
Peel the carrot and cut it and the cabbage into very thin slices.
Mix the carrot and cabbage slices with one to two tablespoons of mayonnaise. Set aside.
For assembling the Burger
Just before assembling your burger, put your steak back in the pan over low heat and put a slice of cheese on top of the steak to melt it by covering the pan with a lid.
Spread THE Ultimate Burger Sauce generously over the base of the burger bun.
Then place two slices of tomato and a lettuce leaf.
Then place 2 tablespoons of coleslaw, then a tablespoon of THE Ultimate Burger Sauce, then the steak and its melted cheese, then a nice slice of pineapple and finally a nice tablespoon of caramelized onions.
On the inner of the burger bread top, put one or two tablespoons of THE Ultimate Burger Sauce.
You can hold it all together with a wooden skewer.
Then sit down at the table, get some paper towels and get ready to take a huge bite of this crasy delicious burger !
